Translations: Wayfinder & Overview

Now that your languages are set up, the next step is to translate key user journey elements including your wayfinder (personalisation steps) and overview page.

How do I translate Wayfinder (personalisation steps)?

Your wayfinder guides users through their personalised journey, so it’s important this is fully translated.

To update translations:

  1. Go to Personalisation Steps in the CMS

  2. Select the step you want to edit

  3. Add translations for:

    • Step titles

    • Questions

    • Answer labels (e.g. audience types)

You’ll see fields for each enabled language, just fill in the translated text.

These translations are managed entirely within the CMS and are not included in your UI translation file.

How do I translate the Overview page?

The Overview Builder allows you to customise key messaging and content blocks.

To translate:

  1. Open the Overview Builder

  2. For each section, update:

    • Section titles

    • Descriptions

    • Call to action (CTA) buttons (e.g. “Find out more”)

Don’t forget CTA labels, these are easy to miss but important for user experience.

Tip: Work through your wayfinder and overview together, this ensures a consistent tone and messaging across your user journey.
