Configuring a Kiosk Device

Recommended Hardware

We recommend procuring an Android-based touchscreen display.

We resell kiosks, complete with heavy duty flight cases, that we are able to pre-configure and provide training for.

Recommended Software: Fully Kiosk

For a more polished and controlled experience, we strongly recommend installing the Fully Kiosk Browser & App.

Fully Kiosk allows you to:

• Run Prospectus Plus in full-screen mode
• Disable browser UI elements
• Turn off autocomplete (helpful for GDPR compliance)
• Set video screensavers
• Enable auto-load on boot
• Lock navigation controls
• Restrict access to device settings

This significantly improves usability and makes the touchscreen experience smoother and more professional.

When paired with Advisor Mode in Prospectus Plus, this creates an excellent interactive companion for recruitment events.

Unsupervised Kiosk Mode

Fully Kiosk also includes advanced kiosk controls suitable for unsupervised environments, such as reception areas.

When creating an unsupervised experience, we recommend enabling the built-in Kiosk features within Prospectus Plus (outlined below) to prevent unintended access or login behaviour.
